Remotify is a global payment platform for freelancers and freelancer invoicing platform that helps businesses manage projects, issue invoices and pay contractors compliantly in one place.
Remotify acts as an intermediary and resells your contractors’ digital services, so you can invoice without a company and issue VAT‑compliant invoicing with fewer admin steps. The invoice is between your company and Remotify.co

Remotify.co OÜ, located in Estonia, has a valid EU VAT number. According to VAT rules, the following scenarios are possible: If your company has a valid EU VAT number, a reverse charge mechanism can be applied, and 0% VAT will be added to the invoice. If your company is registered outside the EU, no VAT applies. If your company is registered in the EU but does not have a valid EU VAT number, the default Estonian 20% VAT will be added to the invoice.
We don’t handle contractor taxes. Those who earn income must declare their income in the country where they reside. We will soon be developing tools to make it easier for you to report your taxes.
You can use Remotify for digital services such as web design, software development, digital marketing, and consultancy.

You can pay via PayPal, SWIFT, SEPA Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, and credit cards (EUR).
They can receive payments from all countries except those on the blacklist.

They can receive payments in major currencies such as USD, GBP, and EUR, and 100+ local currencies. You can contact our Customer Support team to confirm whether your local currency is supported.

Remotify does not charge additional payout fees beyond the agreed commission. However, depending on the payout method, currency, or the freelancer’s bank or payment provider, bank transfer, currency conversion, or intermediary fees may apply. These fees are set by third parties and are outside of Remotify’s control.

Remotify is a freelancer invoicing platform and global payment platform for freelancers that lets you invoice without a company and collect payments worldwide.
You partner with Remotify as a subcontractor. We act as intermediary and resell your digital services, so invoices are between your client and Remotify.co. All invoices are for digital services and are reviewed for VAT‑compliant invoicing.

No. Customers can pay the invoice without registering or signing up on our platform. However, they will receive an email about the terms and conditions and the contract. Registration is only required where KYC checks or compliance reporting (such as DAC7, where applicable) are necessary.

Remotify does not charge any additional fees beyond the agreed commission. However, depending on the payment method, currency, or the customer’s bank, additional transfer, currency conversion, or intermediary bank fees may apply and are set by banks or payment providers.
For card payments, an additional 4% processing charge per transfer applies. This fee is associated with card payment processing and is charged on top of the commission.
